The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please send an email to support@gxkls.com. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note: You must email us to obtain the return address and further instructions. Do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization.

Refund Processing
